2018 PROCESS FOR AWARDEES

Congratulations if your organization has been awarded a grant by Suffolk County.

The first step is to complete the required Article VI, PROJECT SUMMARY and PROGRAM BUDGET EXPLANATION OF COSTS.  Please click on the title of the document for a writable pdf.  Email completed document to:  diana.cherryholmes@suffolkcountyny.gov and/or janet.scheel@suffolkcountyny.gov.

Once your Project Summary and Project Budget Expanation of Costs has been received and approved, it will go to the Contracts office and will be included in your contract.

CULTURAL COMPETITIVE 

PROGRAM GOALS 

1. Promote affordable and accessible spectator and participatory arts experiences and cultural events for community members. 

2. Increase opportunities for professional Suffolk County performing, visual, literary, and media artists to engage with the community. 

3. Encourage presentations of underrepresented artists and arts reflecting ethnic traditions. 

4. Increase visitation to downtown locations for arts, heritage and cultural events.
